  • Vendor Portal Login Access your dashboard at your-domain.com/vendor/login
  • Your Unique QR Code We will provide you with a unique QR code standee specific to your store. Ensure it is visible at checkout.
  • Stock Check Keep your stock of Written In Love boxes accessible for quick handoff.

2. How It Works (The Flow)

Here is a visual breakdown of how a customer interacts with your store and how an order reaches you.

Customer Journey (Smart Pickup)

When a customer scans your specific QR code, our system "remembers" your store and facilitates a smoother checkout.

Vendor Operations Flow

Your role is simple: Ensure the QR is visible, hand over the physical box when an order is confirmed, and mark it in your system.

3. Managing Orders

Your role is simple: Verify & Handover.

Step-by-Step Handover:

  1. Customer shows you their confirmation screen/email with Order ID (e.g., WIL-1234).
  2. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
  3. Look under the "Action Required" tab.
  4. Match the Order ID.
  5. Hand over the physical box to the customer.
  6. Click the "Mark as Picked Up" button.

4. What We Need From You

To set up your listing correctly, please provide:

  • Store Name: How it should appear to customers.
  • Display Address: Full address with landmark (for Maps).
  • Google Maps Pin: Exact latitude/longitude or Plus Code.
  • Contact Email: For order notification emails (optional).
  • Store Hours: When can customers pick up?

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if a customer scans the QR but wants delivery?

A: They can select "Home Delivery" during checkout. If they do, the order will NOT appear in your pickup list.

Q: What if a customer walks in without scanning?

A: They can visit the website manually. They will have to select your store from the list during the "Pickup Selection" step.

Q: Can I take cash?

A: No. All payments must go through the online portal to trigger the personalization workflow.
